How to Use
Topiramate needs to be consumed exactly as per doctors
prescription, so that it benefit you in the best possible way.
Topiramate may be taken in a full or in an empty stomach. Swallow
the tablets whole, without breaking, crushing, or chewing them. The
capsules may be swallowed whole, or the contents of the capsule may
sprinkled on a teaspoonful of soft food like applesauce, custard,
ice cream, oatmeal, pudding, etc., and swallowed immediately without
chewing
The dose of topiramate will be different for different patients.
The number of tablets that you take depends on the strength of the
medicine. Kindly, follow your doctor's prescription.
Side Effects
In addition to it's required effects, a medicine may cause some
unwanted effects. Some possible side effects could be:
Any vision problems, burning, prickling, or tingling sensations;
clumsiness or unsteadiness ; confusion; continuous, uncontrolled
back-and-forth or rolling eye movements; dizziness; drowsiness; eye
redness; generalized slowing of mental and physical activity;
increased eye pressure; memory problems; menstrual changes &
pain; nervousness; speech or language problems; trouble in
concentrating or paying attention; unusual tiredness or weakness.

Precautions
Follow the following precautions while taking or before being
prescribed thius medicine:
- Inform your doctor if you are allergic to cetirizine,
hydroxyzine, or any other medications.
- Also discuss all prescription and nonprescription medications
that you are taking.
- Inform, if you have any other ailments, if you are pregnant
or plan to become pregnant & if you are breast-feeding.
- Incase you experience any of the side effects consult your
doctor soon.
Over Dose
In case of over dose & un-comfort immediately contact your
doctor.
Missed Dose
If you miss a dose of this medicine, take it as soon as possible.
If it's time for the next dose, do not over doze.
Storage
To store this medicine keep it out of the reach of children in
clean & dry palce. Heat or moisture may cause the medicine to
break down. Keep the medicine from freezing & do not keep
outdated medicine or medicine no longer needed. Be sure that any
discarded medicine is out of the reach of children.
