The diagnosis of reflux oesophagitis should be confirmed endoscopically.

Pantoprazole may increase the chance of developing infections such as pneumonia, particularly in hospitalized patients. Abdominal Pain, Diarrhea, Flatulence, vomiting, Headache, Dizziness, Arthralgia, Constipation, Dry mouth, Low WBC count, thrombocytopenia.

Drug Interaction: Medicines such as ketoconazole, itraconazole and posaconazole (usedbto treat fungal infections) or erlotinib (used for certain types of cancer) cannot be used along with pantoprazole because

pantoprazole may stop these and other medicines from working properly. Warfarin and phenprocoumon, Which affect the thickness, or thining of blood may not be effective if used along with pantoprazole. 

Pantoprazole can also interfere with functioning of medicines used to treat HIV-infection such as atazanavir, Methotrexate (used to treat rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis and cancer). If you are taking methotrexate your doctor may temporarily stop your pantoprazole treatment because pantoprazole can increase the level of methotrexate in the blood.

Check with your general physician regarding any allergies and pre existing conditions and administer Pantoprazole as per prescription. 

Amoxicillin is mainly used for any infection caused by susceptible microorganisms that are non-penicillinase in nature. It can be used to treat acute typical pneumonia, bronchitis, epiglottitis, tonsillitis, pharyngitis, laryngitis and sinusitis. It can also be used to treat UTI’s. Another function of Amoxicillin is to treat skin and soft tissue infections and gastrointestinal infections. 

Amoxicillin works by tackling its bactericidal properties against several gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms. It majorly operates through inhibiting the biosynthesis of the cell wall.

Potential Side Effects include infections and infestations in the form of Mucocutaneous Candidiasis. Vomiting, diarrhoea, colitis and gastrointestinal infections are some of the side effects. Hypersensitivity reactions like anaphylaxis can occur as a side effect of Amoxicillin. Hemic-lymphatic systems, the Renal system and the Central Nervous System may get affected due to the side effects of Amoxicillin. Check with your general physician regarding any allergies and only administer amoxicillin as per prescription.

Cyara reacts with Nitrate drugs. If you take it along with any nitrate medicine or recreational drug containing nitrates, your blood pressure could suddenly drop to an unsafe level. Consumption of nitrate along with cyara can lead to dizziness, fainting, and possibly a heart attack or stroke. Nitrates are found in nitroglycerin, isosorbide mononitrate and isosorbide dinitrate.

Before taking CYARA, Check with your general physician regarding any allergies and only administer CYARA as per prescription. Make sure you discuss with your doctor if you present Heart Problems, stroke, vision loss, kidney and liver problems, penis deformity, stomach ulcers or taking regular medication. CYARA also reacts with alpha blockers and protease inhibitors. Cyara cannot be taken along with Revatio 

Cyara does not cure erectile dysfunction nor is an aphrodisiac. It cannot protect against AIDS and other STD’s. The most common side effects of CYARA are headache, flushing of the face, and upset stomach. Less common side effects that may occur are temporary changes in color vision, loss of vision or blurred vision. If these presenting problems are observed, seek medical attention immediately.
